If you don’t have a Gymboss, you can just use your iPod and change the stop time of the song to 1 or 2 minutes. This interval training workout is tiring, but I can honestly feel it working after only 1 workout.
I have a little bit of excess fat in my lower abdominal. I tried a lot of things to get rid of it, but it won’t go away! Please help!

This is exactly what I wanted to know because I have asthma and when I was in track in hs i never had an attack and now i feel it slowly coming back so I wanted to expand my lungs again… I didnt realize this why my coach made us do intervals. Thank you soooooo much =]
I hate running Sarah I do owe a Elliptical machine though! I don’t get on it much anymore because it’s boring for me. Can I run in place instead? Thanks

@olternaut you can do intervals using any cardio machine!
@cellyjelly100 I used to do something similar! Don’t forget to warm up and cool down – and add songs as you progress, you can also jog instead of walking… lastly on non cardio days remember to do some strength training! and thank you @poopinmicken for helping me answer all these
thatsa a really good idea i started doing something like that i did a 1 minute run and a 30 second recovery but your idea seems much better thanx for the advice sarah fit!
@cellyjelly100 Do you do any core exercises? That’s pretty important.

what i do, is i run on my treadmill. one song i run and another song i walk and i do that for a total of 25 minutes. and then i do stretch bands to tone up my arms. is there anything else i can do to add to my workout?
@operationBIKINI They didn’t ask if you have to work out in order lose them, they asked if she had a workout that will help get rid of them.

I have a spondylolistheis of the spine. *sigh* So I’ve turned back to cycling. I guess I will do intervals on my bike.
I did the interval training and it was awesome! I did it like this: 2 mins pretty fast jogging and 2 mins of a really fast walk. I love raunning but for the last week I can’t so it because my foot is hurting. The doctor just gave me pain medication and that I should rest. Since I’m going to London in a week and I’m gonna walk for 9 days straight – sightseeing, I really wanna get my foot into a no pain state as soon as possible – so resting(=no running) it is even tough I’m addicted to cardio:(
